Due to the recommendations of Croatian National Civil Protection Headquarters, we would like to direct you to the actions required during check-in and check-out, in order to enable you a more pleasant stay in our facilities.

It is very important that you send us accurate mobile phone number, as well as the e-mail address through which we will be able to contact you.
During this summer season, we will not accept a security deposit in cash, but we will pre-authorize your bank credit card in accordance with your completed and signed Security deposit form. After check-out, in case of found damage, we will contact you immediately and charge the damage. In the case that there is no damage, we will cancel the pre-authorization on your bank credit card. Security deposit is 400 €.
After we register your stay in our villas with the Croatian Tourist Board, we will inform you of the amount for tourist tax and in agreement with you charge the same (on the bank card whose information you left us in the form of Security Deposit or, unless otherwise possible and with prior agreement with you, upon arrival of our receptionists at the villa, in cash).
Check-in at the villa is in the period from 16.00. The internet password is located on the router that is in the living room.
Check-out from the villa is until 10 am, we kindly ask You to close all windows and turn off the air conditioners before leaving, close the parasols, return the garden furniture cushions to the villa, lock the villa and return one set of villa keys and remote control to turn on / off the alarm system in the key box, and leave the second set of keys on the dining table in the villa. Our staff will come to inspect the house 15 minutes after your departure.

Check in is possible after 16 hours. If the facility is ready earlier, it is possible to perform an earlier check in by arrangement. For hygienic reasons, please do not leave your luggage and suitcases on the bed, but on the luggage rack, upon arrival.

The standard check-out and key handover time is scheduled for 10 a.m. Please inform your personal Concierge about the time of your departure due to the return of the deposit and the handover of the keys. Otherwise we will contact you and make an appointment. If the guest does not check out by the prescribed time, he is obliged to pay a fee of 50% of the amount of the cost of one night, provided that he checked out by 4 pm. If he checks out after 4 pm, he is obliged to pay a fee of the amount of one additional night.

Each client will receive a pair of keys, which includes the key to the main entrance door, pedestrian door and the technical room / boiler room. We kindly warn you to be careful when leaving the keys in the lock on the inside of the building so as not to close the door on the outside and so that the key does not stay in the lock because then we have to call emergency interventions. At the same time, there is a key for automatic opening of the parking space, and in some villas there is a remote control for outdoor lighting in the gazebos, or in the gazebo. In case of emergency interventions or loss of keys, the guest is obliged to bear the costs of making new or to purchase a new lock or device for turning on the light or remote to open the parking door.

There is a wireless router inside each building, and the password and network name are in a box on the shelf next to the TV. In case of any interference, feel free to contact us.

Think about your health and be gentle with the environment. Avoid extreme temperature changes! Carefully pay attention to the temperature of the air conditioner to observe a difference of no more than 5 to 8 degrees of difference between indoor and outdoor, as recommended.

You will avoid possible unpleasant symptoms and you will do something good for the environment. We kindly ask you to close all windows and doors when the air conditioning is on. This will keep the cool air inside the room and keep the temperature moderate.

Please use water wisely to contribute to a normal supply. In case of water loss, please let us know immediately so that we can check what the problem is.

Tap water is drinkable! However, if you prefer bottled water, contact us and we will provide you with a certain amount of water in plastic or glass bottles of the JANA brand.

Please do not throw food scraps or other items in the toilet as it can cause blockages. Please pay special attention not to throw wet wipes, diapers, kitchen towels, napkins etc in the toilet as well. When showering, be careful not to step on the drain plug, as this may clog the siphon, it will prevent water from leaking and flooding.

The garden requires regular maintenance and care especially in the summer months. We hereby inform you that every Friday and Saturday are reserved for our gardeners and we kindly ask you to give them access to the garden. At the same time, please do not leave inflatable rubber toys on the lawn so that they are not destroyed. In case you are on holiday with pets, please be sure to take care of where they have done the urination and to clean up after them. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please don’t bother with small insects like flies, mosquitoes or ants. They are part of the local natural environment. In Villas Borghetto settlement, pre-protection of spraying against insects is carried out in a timely manner. If you additionally want to take some measures yourself, we kindly ask you to use only sprays or other products that do not leave marks on the walls. In case of any major problems, please contact your personal concierge and they will take care of the situation.

All channels are pre-programmed. Please do not change the settings on the TV unless necessary. All our villas are equipped with smart TVs.

In case of any interference regarding the technique or basic things such as electricity or water, please contact our concierge immediately.

We kindly ask you not to use a large number of electrical devices at the same time, as this risks a blown fuse and a power failure, which can cause a drop in the switch. We also kindly ask you to take care of lighting fixtures for environmental reasons.

The Lighthouse keeping service in the villas where this service is included in the price, namely Hermitage, Ivana and Dolce Vita, takes place on a daily basis from 10 am to 2 pm. If you need to get the villa ready earlier or at a specific time, please contact your personal concierge. In other facilities it is possible to arrange maintenance according to your needs according to the price list of Villas Borghetto.

There are washing machines in all facilities with all the necessary detergents, including laundry detergent. If you have any delicate laundry and need a dry cleaning service, feel free to contact your personal concierge who will take care of everything you need.

If by any chance you lose or find something during your stay in our resort, report it to your concierge. If you want us to send you some items after you leave, please keep in mind the postage.

All facilities have the possibility of using the grill. Some of them are gas BBQ BROIL KING, while in some facilities there is a masonry grill. For safety reasons, please do not use the gas grill under gazebos / gazebos or covered terraces. The gas is always closed and must be opened before use. We thank you in advance. If you run out of gas, please contact us so that we can replace the gas bottle as soon as possible.

In most villas, bicycles are already in storage and are available for you to use at your own risk. Please do not leave them in front of villas or on lawns, but in designated places for bicycles. With the bikes you will also get a padlock with a key. Please watch out for bicycles and padlocks. Loss of padlock or key will be reimbursed according to the regulations from the submitted deposit.

Use of the pool is at your own risk. Filtering systems are pre-programmed and operate automatically. Responsible persons control the PH value of the water on a daily basis to ensure quality and safe use of the pool for all our guests. In case you notice that something is wrong with the pool or that there is no filtration or you notice a change in the color of the water, please contact us immediately. Please take a shower in the outdoor shower before using the pool, especially if you have used oil and sunscreen. In case of creating grease on the pool, a special pool cleaning fee of EUR 50.00 will be charged. Children under the age of 12 are only allowed to use the pool under parental supervision. Jumping into the pool and inflatable mattresses is not allowed. Namely, jumping can cause waves that allow air to enter the skimmers and stop the skimmers. Please do not leave toys and mattresses in the pool after use. To protect your pool cleaning system, check for small items, swimsuits, jewelry, etc., and keep them safe so as not to clog the cleaning system. The use of fins and other hard shoes in the pool is not allowed. The person responsible for the pool comes once a week or at your invitation if any intervention is needed. Pets are not allowed in the pool. In order for you and other guests after you to enjoy using the pool, please adhere to these rules and help us keep the pool clean.

If you stay in our villas for more than 7 days, we will change the bed linen and towels according to Borghetto standards. If you would like to change the bed linen and towels earlier, please contact your personal concierge. Replacement and delivery will be made at your request with a surcharge according to the valid Villas Borghetto price list. It is strictly forbidden to take inventory from the villa to the beach or anywhere else. Please do not use any type of towels as beach towels and do not take them outside the villa.

Smoking is not allowed in the villas! Please smoke only outside on the terraces and in the garden. You will also find ashtrays inside the building, so we kindly ask you to use them. Do not throw cigarette butts on lawns, in vases and the like.

Use of the facility itself and the accompanying facilities of the pool and bicycles is solely at your own risk. The host is not responsible for any accident or injury.
